About the web globe, I tried with Chrome and it says “This alpha preview only runs on Firefox 4.”

Then I switched to FF4 and appears “Can’t find webgl context. It seems your browser is not compatible! For example, you can get the latest Firefox or Chrome” :(

It’s for create counter strike 1.6 map with a web browser :)

I made it in 2006 and improved it with webgl.

Just thought I’d put in a plug for this COLLADA-to-SceneJS importer that Rehno Lindeque has written in Python:

    https://github.com/xeolabs/scenejs-pycollada

We decided some time back that parsing COLLADA server-side was the sane way forward, rather than using JavaScript in the browser.

Eventually this utility will extend to write geometry out as binary streams, maybe with encryption and so forth. Any python hackers who want to get involved – please fork!
